RepX is a simple app that times and tracks your performance during interval training where the number of reps and sets are fixed and you track the work and break interval times.

You choose the number of reps, sets and exercises you plan to do, and track your progress. Each run has a date, total work and break times, total workout time, and a place for you to write free-text notes.

All the workouts are saved so you can compare your past performance. You can see when youre improving, stagnating or getting worse. Figure out when its time to put more reps in.

Your workout is supposed to be intense. After finishing a high interval you likely hardly breathe, youre almost shaking, you can barely move. Thats why the interface is built to be simple. During exercise tracking you tap anywhere on the screen to move to the next interval.

I build RepX out of need. I didnt find any app that can track my exercises in such a simple way. RepX is shaped out of my old exercise tracking process which involved an outdates stopwatch app with an export function and generating plots in Numbers.
